About the team:

Sciton is growing at an incredible rate with consistent growth in our organization. We are looking for a Solutions Architect who is ready to roll up their sleeves and support our team in Palo Alto. This role will be a key business partner for our IT Team.

In this role, you will:

You will work with business leaders and process owners to help improve key performance measurements while making recommendations pre­ implementation, during implementation, and post implementation to help improve the system’s overall performance and to help identify opportunities for efficiency gains through process automation. For this role, an analytical mindset and attention to detail are imperative.

There is a current ERP implementation undergoing process changes, and we need you to be a driver in the seat. You will be working directly with our internal stakeholders while maintaining high communication levels with our external partners.

 
Position Requirements

Essential requirements:

  • ERP implementation experience (3-5 years required)
  • Infor Syteline implementation (3-5 years required)
  • Salesforce implementations and various integrations (3-5 years, preferred)
  • Salesforce.com Apex
  • Infor CSI & Ming.le – set up and training users.
  • Provide cross-functional team support to the organization.
  • Help develop system personalizations.
  • Oversee daily maintenance and monitoring of the Infor CSI system
  • New product upgrades and system implementation and training
  • Ability to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Prior experience working with a growing organization.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience required.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Infor CSI Syteline and SFDC
  • Proficient in G-Suite & Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Remote work options but the ability to commute to Palo Alto, CA, is necessary.
