The presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration.   Position Executive Assistant to Vice President   Category Corporate   Description Are you an Executive Assistant interested in using your talents for ministry? Faith Comes By Hearing has a full-time position providing support and administrative aid, exercising judgment and delegated authority on behalf of the Vice President of Language Recording & Global Partnerships and selected members of the Executive Leadership Team. This position also works regularly with Global Partnerships Department and provides support as needed to the Executive Leadership team. This position will have a broad view of how FCBH departments work together, and be a key administrative support to serving on a global team, focused on partnership, empowerment, and scalability. Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to Vice President of Language Recording & Global Partnerships by scheduling meetings, taking notes, and assisting with projects representing multiple departments. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, appointments and travel of several members of the Executive Leadership team.   Provide administrative assistance to the Global Partnerships (GP) department including coordination of various projects, spreadsheets, and products. Create needed spreadsheets, templates and systems to ensure efficiency. Run reports and queries as needed to GP staff and leadership. Help design and create a variety of presentations for a variety of audiences including internal staff, global staff, and partners. Assemble visitor schedules, provide excellent hospitality while hosting visitors, including being sensitive to overseas visitor needs/requirements. Pick up visitors from airport, run errands as requested. Assist with special projects as assigned.   Position Requirements Qualifications include: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a position requiring strong administrative and interpersonal skills Have an innate ability to be discerning regarding complex or vaguely understood situations Highly organized and highly flexible – able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities Able to learn new information quickly, understand complex concepts and relationships Reliable Consistent in making effective, timely decisions, even in the face of uncertainty.  Able to seek appropriate input when making decisions Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with staff & partners Excellent written and verbal communication skills Able to work constructively under stress and pressure and in ambiguous situations, able to give and receive feedback openly and nondefensively and adapts readily to change PC proficiency – MS Word, Excel, Calendars and Outlook, Google docs & sheets, online file management/storage such as Dropbox.
