Share Email Opening Title Collection Manager   Category Intelligence   Description The Collection Manager will ensure the AOC’s intelligence requirements are properly prioritized, validated, and where possible, satisfied from available collection platforms. Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To: Conduct ISR operations planning in close coordination with other planners to produce the prioritized collection lists/prioritized operational and tactical collection tasks, the ISR Synchronization Matrix, and the RSTA Annex based on requirements and AOD guidance. Build sensor tasking (e.g., imagery collection decks) for all C/JFACC-assigned ISR assets for inclusion in the RSTA Annex incorporating NAIs and TAIs. Disseminate the RSTA Annex to appropriate units/agencies. Coordinate daily tasking with the SIDO, ISR platform LNOs, and appropriate units/agencies to optimize collection. Coordinate ISR planning, to include cross-cueing guidance, with appropriate AOC and external agencies. Perform collection requirements management and maintain a collection requirements database. Coordinate with the C/JFC collection managers to deconflict tasking for national, theater, and component ISR assets to ensure efficient use of limited ISR assets and prevent unintentional, redundant coverage. Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
