As the workload fluctuates in different product lines, your skills will be used to fill production gaps in order to keep up with product demand.   Responsibilities General Laborer: Knowledge of common shop/power tools, such as grinders, saws, drills, shears and punches. Welding experience is a plus. Active concern for safety, clean work area, and fellow employees. Have pride in the quality of the finished product. High level of attention to detail. It is important that you have the necessary skills to perform the tasks required. Must be able to lift, stand, bend, stoop, twist, turn, kneel, and squat for a short period of time. Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time. Must maintain a clean and respectful personal appearance, wearing a clean uniform when required. Must maintain a clean and well-organized work area. Must have the drive, passion, and will to succeed.
