This position will... Oversee all pre- and post-release behavioral health and wellness services, including Substance Use Treatment programs Foster success using strengths focused principles. Provide participant services as necessary Hire, train, supervise, evaluate and develop highly specialized team members, interns, and volunteers involved in the delivery of services, motivating them to deliver services with fidelity, skill, and heart Develop and maintain community partnerships Ensure that all behavioral health and wellness services are delivered in accordance with regulatory standards Develop and implement quality standards and processes Coordinate internal reporting and program metrics to ensure organizational success and identify opportunities for improvement Work collaboratively with Executive Committee to ensure seamless integration of behavioral health and wellness services Develop and execute annual plans for behavioral health and wellness programs   Position Requirements Top candidates should have experience in management, strategic leadership skills, strong clinical knowledge, experience serving substance use disorders, and be supporters of the 12 step program.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
