A rapidly growing clinical practice sees clients of all ages with a team that has expertise in children's therapy, individual, couple, and family counseling. Our clinicians also lead therapeutic and support groups. As part of our talented Outpatient Behavioral Health team, you will provide the assessment and therapeutic services to help clients learn the skills needed to cope with their stressors, build resilience, and live more satisfying lives. Develop initial assessments of individual treatment needs using appropriate assessment tools (based on your clinical expertise), one-on-one sessions, and any referral records. Conduct timely, clinically appropriate treatment planning, including the development of treatment plan goals in collaboration with the client. As appropriate, collaborate with other resources, e.g., family members, agency representatives, or other agencies involved in an individual's treatment Provide counseling sessions consistent with the treatment plan goals via telehealth or in-person. Utilize individuals' strengths and supports to assist individuals in meeting their treatment plan goals. Maintain progress notes and progress reports (i.e., chart documentation) using EHR according to regulatory and payer requirements. Ensure that all required paperwork is completed to standards prior to payer or regulatory inspections. Conduct treatment plan reviews according to protocol; modify according to changes in client status. Follow guidelines established by regulatory and practice requirements.   Position Requirements DE LCSW who is self-motivated, warm and genuine, and can provide excellent clinical care in an outpatient setting. Must have experience working with adults using a multitude of strengths-based approaches and evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as TF-CBT and expressive therapies. Will ideally have experience working with chronic health conditions, addiction, and trauma. Ability to work with diverse populations in critical and emergency situations. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. Must possess excellent client interaction, collaboration, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications. Must be able to utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR)/Electronic Medical Record (EMR). Demonstrated ability and satisfaction with using telehealth platforms.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
