Licensed Clinical Social Workers needed for full and part-time positions, temp to hire, working remotely.
A rapidly growing clinical practice sees clients of all ages with a team that has expertise in children's therapy, individual, couple, and family counseling. Our clinicians also lead therapeutic and support groups. As part of our talented Outpatient Behavioral Health team, you will provide the assessment and therapeutic services to help clients learn the skills needed to cope with their stressors, build resilience, and live more satisfying lives.
Develop initial assessments of individual treatment needs using appropriate assessment tools (based on your clinical expertise), one-on-one sessions, and any referral records. Conduct timely, clinically appropriate treatment planning, including the development of treatment plan goals in collaboration with the client. As appropriate, collaborate with other resources, e.g., family members, agency representatives, or other agencies involved in an individual's treatment
Provide counseling sessions consistent with the treatment plan goals via telehealth or in-person. Utilize individuals' strengths and supports to assist individuals in meeting their treatment plan goals. Maintain progress notes and progress reports (i.e., chart documentation) using EHR according to regulatory and payer requirements.
Ensure that all required paperwork is completed to standards prior to payer or regulatory inspections. Conduct treatment plan reviews according to protocol; modify according to changes in client status.
Follow guidelines established by regulatory and practice requirements.
