Social Worker will be based in the office of a family shelter in the Kensington neighborhood of Brooklyn. All services for residents are being provided virtually (via facetime, phone, etc.) Most families are single mothers with 1 or 2 children and the social worker will be conducting psychosocials and referrals to mental health services and other supports/community resources that the families may need.   Position Requirements New MSW graduates who have obtained their license are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates have experience working with/in children and families, shelter, mental health, and trauma-informed care.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
