Internal Customer Support Associate

 

Description

 

Provide service operations support related to manufacturing and distribution of medical laser equipment to domestic and international Field Teams. This position will sit at the front desk in the Sciton Lobby area. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet Sciton visitors and employees 
  • Accept and/or sign for deliveries and notify the appropriate personnel. 
  • Sort and distribute mail. 
  • Distribute and/or assist with customer requests (internal and external) 
  • Assembly, preparation, and shipment of internal customer orders.
  • Open calls/Sales orders within Sciton’s ERP system and Sales Force to track movement of inventory. 
  • Work and coordinate with other departments to resolve any customer issues. 
  • Provide timely response and solutions to field teams as well as internal departments. 
  • Creation of training certificates for customers at the request of the Clinical Education Department
  • Maintain Sciton Customer install base and any additional support to the ERP project.
  • Scan, organize, and Maintain Sciton electronic device history records. 

Other Tasks:

  • Weekly Inventory 
  • Assist with scanning and maintaining electronic device history records (eDHRs) and other corporate documentation
  • As assigned by management



 

 
Position Requirements

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Enterprise solution software familiarity is a plus
  • Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly-organized, creative, enthusiastic, and capable of
  • staying under control with pressure from multiple ongoing projects
  • Flexible, with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

 

Compensation

  • The compensation package is comprised of base wage, performance bonus, and equity participation in a pre-public company. Sciton offers a competitive salary and incentive package which includes:
