Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises employees in the Production area. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Must handle all situations professionally. Safety Responsibilities: As an employee at Falcon Plastics safety must be reflected as a priority in your performance at all times. Responsible for working safely and reporting any unsafe work habits or conditions to a supervisory member, Human Resource professional or a member of the Safety and Health Committee. 2. Responsible for working safely, modeling safe work practices and enforcing safety rules. Education and/or Experience: Two year job related degree from post secondary institute and 3 year experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Mechanical or injection molding skills beneficial.

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
