Salary: $13.50 per hour Shifts Available:  First (7:30 am - 3:30 pm, days TBD) Second (3:30 - 11:30 pm, days TBD) Third (11:30 pm - 7:30 am, days TBD) Flex (3:30 - 11:30 pm, 30-40 hours/week) What You Would Be Doing This staff person is responsible to the Assistant Manager to provide direct programming and/or dietary/laundry/toileting/housekeeping supports or other supports to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.   Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written Licensure/Certification First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant; delegated nursing Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Proof of auto insurance. Preferred Experience One year experience working with intellectually/developmentally disabled individuals. Special Skills and Requirements Must be detail-oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities. Must be able to use tools and equipment as required – including pushing/pulling wheelchairs, lifting consumers with Hoyer lifts Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to balance, stoop, pull, push, stand, kneel, reach, crouch and crawl Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
