Your role at MOBE

The Digital Product Analyst is accountable for supporting the ongoing product development of MOBE’s digital products and channels that provide value to the clients and market served by MOBE. These digital products enable MOBE’s users (i.e., participants, guides, engagement specialists and clinicians) to leverage web and mobile solutions to gain access to decision support resources and health & wellness/clinical information.

This role is responsible for supporting the Digital Product team within MOBE and works directly with Digital leadership to maintain and evolve the digital product solutions. This role will work cross-functionally with all areas of the organization to equip the team and stakeholders with the information they need when they need it to enable ongoing digital product development.

This position requires strong organizational skills, relationship and consensus-building skills, and proven ability to balance multiple priorities to define clear product roadmaps and requirements. The successful candidate will have experience defining viable solutions that are technically and operationally feasible, viable for the business, and address the needs and desires of the people interacting with the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead solution definition and requirements gathering for assigned experiences
  • Develop detailed requirements documentation that contextualizes business goals and rationale to enable a shared understanding of the business expectation of the desired solution
  • Lead product roadmap development for assigned product(s) to ensure strategic roadmap aligns to big picture business objectives, the needs of the end-users.
  • Facilitate release planning and backlog management activities to prioritize epics, features and stories into ongoing product releases
  • Responsible for activities needed to manage the requirements lifecycle; including organization and definition, maintenance, and prioritization and refinement of backlog
  • Collaborate with Digital leadership and operational partners to document, maintain, and improve current digital processes and procedures
  • Provide support to product functionality questions, issues, and usability feedback
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and adherence to security and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with product vendor(s) to document requirements and drive issue resolution
  • Own and manage the distribution of reports to functional leaders to improve performance of the digital solutions
  • Other duties as assigned to help fulfill our mission, and abide by MOBE’s Guiding Principles
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 1-3 years relevant professional experience
  • Experience in Agile software development, or digital product experience
  • Excellent communications, collaboration, facilitation, and documentation skills

Preferred:

  • Healthcare industry experience desirable
  • Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies
  • Desire to be a part of an organization looking to transform health culture
