Share Email Opening Title Continuous Improvement (CI) Value Stream Manager  Description Radiology Associates has a full time opportunity for a Continuous Improvement (CI) Value Stream Manager. The Continuous Improvement (CI) Value Stream Manager position is responsible for managing the Lean Six Sigma Education (BEE) program, the entire life cycle of Rapid Improvement Events (RIE’s), all Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, and the standard work document control system. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: The following description of job responsibilities and standards is intended to reflect the major responsibilities and duties of the job, but is not intended to describe minor duties or other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time. Plan, facilitate, and manage follow-up of process improvement events - create event artifacts (checklist, charter, presentations, training plan), help team members develop good standard work, coordinate roll-out and training plan, support day to day implementation, and liaison with appropriate personnel for a sustained implementation Execute Lean Six Sigma Basics, Project Execution, Excel and Google Sheets training, and new hire onboarding for Continuous Improvement modules Manage document control system Manage root cause analysis process for safety incidents Assist value stream managers with process improvement efforts (lean activities, value stream analysis, data analysis, data tracking and collections) Drive additional savings beyond event management by leading high impact process improvement projects Tangibly demonstrate impact on culture change, balanced performance improvement, cost improvement and sustainable efforts   Position Requirements JOB KNOWLEDGE: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and data entry skills are required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software. Must possess the ability to work well under pressure and be able to make sound decisions in a high stress environment. A working knowledge of medical imaging procedures would be helpful. A general ability to read, understand and respond to detailed oral and written instructions as well as ability to interpret, adapt and apply RASLO guidelines and procedures to general duties is required. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
