Description

Tuknik Government Services is hiring an experienced Healthcare SME in the Aurora, CO area for a DHA Admin Program Support. This is a direct, full time position with our company. The candidate will work at DHA-Aurora, CO, facility and support the Program Integrity Division of DHA. The Senior Healthcare SME will lead and coordinate large projects or series of smaller projects with the application of advanced methods and techniques in data analysis, sampling, and statistical analysis.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead and coordinate particularly complex technical components of large projects or series of smaller projects with responsibility for the application of advanced methods and techniques in data analysis, sampling, and statistical analysis.
  • Responsible for understanding and interpreting business needs; assessing the business impact of those needs; analyzing, testing needs and supporting the communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders. 
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to analyze and assess core business requirements, processes or procedures utilizing best business practices and current analysis techniques and methodologies. 
  • Serve as a key resource in decomposition of and solution identification for complex analytic requirements
  • Recognize, gather, correlate, and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, and devise solutions and alternatives; and make appropriate recommendations
  • Attend and facilitate client meetings with the purpose of establishing client relationship and ensuring complete understanding of business needs
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with Project Manager (PM) to ensure project requirements/requests for changes are understood and within standards
  • Provide guidance to other team members regarding best/standard practices
  • Provide guidance/assistance to team members where needed to help ensure issues are resolved by assigned due date.  Escalate concerns with ability to meet due dates to PM
 
Position Requirements

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Minimum requirements are a Master’s degree and five years of experience or a PhD and two years of experience.

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.  The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.  The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
