Job Description:

The Regional Manager oversee all aspects of the RSP contract within their assigned areas of responsibility. Serve as the primary RSP and Retention technical expert for their respective Region.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  • 5-10 years of management experience (exceptions may be made for candidates with an associate’s degree from an accredited school and extensive relevant work experience)
  • Past experience successfully managing programs
  • Have a working knowledge of ARNG enlisted programs and benefits
  • Experience in military recruiting, retention, unit administration, and/or readiness
  • TAPDB-G, REQUEST, DPRO, RMS, and ATTRS is preferred

 

Duties include but not limited too:

  • Responsible for managing the RSP contractors assigned to their respective states
  • Oversee RSP administrative and retention functions
  • Analyze data and provide reports
  • Conduct training and process improvement exercises at the state and SMAC level
  • Give presentations, briefings, and support state level training upon NGB approval
  • Work directly with state level RSP leaders
  • Monitor reports from DPRO and REQUEST and take corrective action as required
  • Perform a monthly roll-up of requested Reno/Cancellations of training seats to NGB

Position is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, criminal background check, and verification of all employment and education. Applicant must be eligible for work in the United States with appropriate identification/documentation.
