Job Description: The Senior Quality Control Coordinator is responsible for data analysis / reporting and quality assurance functions for the ARNG RSP-QC program.   Position Requirements Qualifications: Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school 10 years of retention management experience (exceptions may be made for candidates with an associate’s degree from an accredited school and extensive relevant work experience) Possess knowledge of ARNG enlisted programs and benefits Former military experience in recruiting, retention, plans operations, and/or training is preferred Experienced in Quality Control / Assurance processes and methodologies Duties include but not limited too: Responsible for data analysis / reporting and quality assurance functions Provide immediate administrative support Assist leadership in determining program successes and identifying necessary changes Plans and executes programs to collect, analyze, and report RSP data Provides quality assurance functions Review RSP metrics reports, analyzing trends and advising states accordingly Provide doctrine relevant training input to the RSP training development team Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Quality Control Plan Monitor and report RSP and retention all metrics Monitor risks and mitigation resolutions Recommend process improvements Position is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, criminal background check, and verification of all employment and education.
