Job Description:

The Program Manager for the ARNG RSP-QC program will act as Act as central POC for all technical issues. The RSP-QC provides services for an average annual training pipeline just under 35,000 new Recruits. The RSP presently operates at an estimated 287 sites throughout the 54 States and Territories as determined by each State’s ARNG Command Structure.

Position Requirements


  • Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited school
  • 5-10 years of management experience
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Possess high ethical standards
  • Demonstrate excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certified desired
  • Experienced in Quality Control / Assurance processes and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills

Duties include but not limited too:

  • Attend meeting (Post Award, Monthly Conference calls, Quarterly Sync meetings) as requested or required
  • Responsible for issue resolution, program management, and other contract support
  • Provide and track account support under the contract
  • Responsible for overall contract performance
  • Will not serve in any other capacity under the contract
  • Coordinates and communicates day-to-day with ARNG Program Manager and COR
  • Interfaces with internal and external agencies
  • Oversees life-cycle management of the contract employees
  • Continually interface with ARNG to define RSP and Retention strategic goals/operational objectives
  • Oversee quality control, perform risk assessment, and execute mitigation

Position is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, criminal background check, and verification of all employment and education. Applicant must be eligible for work in the United States with appropriate identification/documentation.
