Job Description: The Technical Lead shall be responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates   Position Requirements It is required that the Technical Lead has the following qualifications: A minimum of ten years of relevant senior leadership/program management experience with Federal Government contracts.   Desired Skills: A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in a discipline related to project management or national security. Experience formulating and reviewing task plans and deliverable items while serving in or for Federal Government Agencies. Experience working at the strategic level in Federal Government Agencies supporting Building Partner Capacity/Security Cooperation, Interagency, or Agreements efforts. Experience in supervision and management of projects involving operational and analytical support and integration in an operational environment similar to the requirements of the TO. Experience with cost-type contracts. Minimal Secret, preferred Top Secret Position is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, criminal background check, and verification of all employment and education.
