Job Description: This position is the TRAINING SUPPORT TEAM LEAD demonstrated experience managing the delivery of training support services in a CONUS and/or OCONUS environment.   Position Requirements It is required that the Technical Lead has the following qualifications: 1. One of the following active certifications: PMI PMP PgMP DAWIA Level III or, FAC P/PM Level III 2. A minimum of five years of experience managing large, complex DOD contracts   Desired Skills: Previous military experience. Experience managing the provision of training support services under hazardous conditions. Experience integrating information, analysis, technology, and interagency collaboration for training support to enable effective and efficient dissemination of Counter Improvised Threat training which includes countering improvised explosive devices and countering airborne improvised threats. Experience supervising personnel in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability. Education, Years’ Experience, and Clearance Bachelor of Science in Business, Management or equivalent 5 to 15 years of experience in Defense Industry Minimal of 5 years experience leading team and delivering Counter Improvised Threat training Secret Position is contingent upon successful completion of drug screening, criminal background check, and verification of all employment and education.
