Administrator - Operations 

Description
  • Provide Effective support to management in its goals and objectives
  • Assist with hourly employee recruitment activities, including interviews and pre-employment screening
  • Support Customer, and Visitors to Adrian.
  • Maintain Plant metrics / data, create reports and charts, and track compliance.
  • Execute document control policies/procedures
  • Coordinate meetings, using independent judgment and problem solving skills resulting in time sensitive and cost effective decisions.
  • Management of office administration.
 
Position Requirements

REQUIRED

  • Minimum 3 years of experience. Preferably in automotive.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
  •  Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of integrity to manage confidential information
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously independently or in a team setting
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects and strong follow up skills for the management process
  • Demonstrated experience and proficiency with ERP systems specifically PLEX
 
Education Requirement High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's Degree preferred
