What You Would Be Doing Primary job responsibilities include supervising and managing clinical staff providing behavioral health services at the Medina location, in the Boundless Behavioral Health programs. Working with parents/guardians, clinical staff, and community-based resources, the Clinical Manager facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. This position reports to the Director and works closely with all other departments. This is a full-time, salaried position.   Position Requirements Required Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling Independent Licensure with Supervisor Designation (LISW-S or LPCC-S) with the State of Ohio. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrating professionalism with both co-workers and parents and consumers Excellent organizational skills with the ability to stay focused Ability to prioritize multiple tasks Demonstrated clinical knowledge of children and adults with co-occurring developmental disorder and complex behavioral health issues, including children with autism Clinical supervisory experience Must be able to show tact and diplomacy when dealing with parents, clients, peers and staff Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must be able to function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity and the ability to work effectively with residents, staff and support agencies. Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, emotionally upset and at times hostile people within the programs.
