Growth Partnerships Manager 

About the Organization Winc  

The Position:

Winc is looking to add a full-time Growth Partnerships Manager to the performance marketing team to manage Winc's Business Development & Growth Partnerships channel. This person will establish mutually beneficial partnerships with brands who complement Winc's demographic, with the goal of acquiring new customers at an efficient customer acquisition cost. This position is responsible for sourcing leads with potential brands, negotiating contracts, and seeing all contracted deliverables through to their completion.

The Responsibilities:

  • Define, build, and implement a brand to brand partnership strategy to acquire new customers for Winc at an efficient CAC:LTV ratio
  • Leverage sales and account management principles to grow an ongoing pipeline of partners
  • Manage end-to-end opportunities, from initial conversations to execution and final accounting
  • Cultivate and nurture partner relationships by effectively communicating our offerings, ideas, and updates
  • Develop analytical frameworks for new customer acquisition opportunities, presenting data and recommendations that enable strategic decisions and unlock efficiency or customer LTV

Position Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • You have relevant experience managing a sales pipeline with eCommerce companies, with a proven track record of growth
  • 2+ years prior experience in a sales/partnerships role in a related field
  • Resourceful in finding avenues for reaching potential partners and willingness to cold call on leads
  • Personable and professional at all times, with the ability to establish and maintain ongoing partner relationships
  • Outcome-oriented; results-focused with strong performance culture
  • Analytical mindset and highly proficient in marketing metrics and analytics
  • Expertise in negotiations and contracts
  • Excellent communication skills; clear, prompt, and responsive in all written & verbal communication
  • Creativity in partnership formats, utilizing a variety of customer touchpoints
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Self-starter and work well within a team environment
  • Possess an understanding of how to evaluate the success of a campaign and optimize for the future
  • Detail-oriented; quality and precision-focused
