Candidate must clearly demonstrate experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements similar to the size, scope, and complexity or DC3.   Position Requirements It is required that the AG Technical Lead possesses the following qualifications: Demonstrated experience leading technical efforts or supervising teams supporting intelligence analysis requirements. Demonstrated experience supporting the Intelligence Community or related Government, industrial, and academic communities in the areas of intelligence collection and policy, and intelligence systems and capabilities. Demonstrated experience using principles, concepts, and methodologies of intelligence analysis, including but not limited to the use of HUMINT and SIGINT methods. Demonstrated experience developing requirements and methodologies to collect, analyze, manage and present intelligence in support of cyber investigations. Demonstrated experience in writing various analytical reports (e.g. Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs), cyber threat products).   Desired Work Experience: Demonstrated project management experience (e.g. responsible for handling project scope, cost, resources, risk, and schedule). Demonstrated experience analyzing data to build threat profiles enabling proactive LE/CI cyber operations focused on nation-state threat actors.
