Position is located in Las Vegas, NV
Nevada Customer Service Representative - (Work from Home, but applicant must live and perform the work within the greater Las Vegas, NV area)

Schedule/Hours: Full-Time; Monday - Friday; 8 hours per day 5 days per week

Our firm is currently hiring qualified individuals with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. Must be able to utilize computer technology to manage high account volumes and provide service with a friendly, professional demeanor. The successful candidate will need to pass pre-employment screenings.  This is currently a work-from-home position.  Candidate must have reliable, high-speed internet and suitable working environment. Candidates must reside and work within the greater Las Vegas, NV area.   Drug free workplace. No weekends. EOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform data entry and use software programs to provide client and/or internal updates
  • Use the phone system to make and receive client and/or internal calls
  • Ability to compile progress reports for clients and/or supervisors
  • Ability to resolve client and/or internal concerns in a professional manner
  • Ability to communicate in English in both written and verbal forms in a clear and concise manner
  • Adhere to policies, guidelines, rules, and directives from supervisors or company management
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position at a desk/workstation for an extended period of time
