Share Email Opening Apply Now Title HR Recruitment Associate-WCG  Description Wingspan Care Group is looking to add a HR Recruitment Associate to our growing team. As the HR Recruitment Associate, you will work with a team of recruiters and will be responsible for help create and maintain a full and robust pipeline of suitable candidates for potential employment with Wingspan Care Group and its affiliate agencies. You will assist in using online recruiting platforms, social media outlets, direct sourcing and related tools to identify and recruit passive candidates for a wide array of current and future roles. You will also assist in creating and maintaining all personnel files, ensuring compliance of all applicable regulations and laws. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Support the development of an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning and immediate vacancies dictate. Pre-screen candidates to Recruiters for further consideration. Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to passive candidates about the Agency and potential opportunities. Review and edit detailed employment requisitions, ensuring an accurate understanding of job duties, qualifications and agency requirements. Assist with candidate interview scheduling Process all new employee paperwork and collaborates with Recruiter to ensure that all new employees have all paperwork in place before attending orientation, e.g., contacting candidates, medical facilities and hiring managers to certify all forms and paperwork are completed and up-to-date. Ensure that Agency employee files are in compliance with licensing and accreditation standards and applicable laws. Assist in maintaining all online job postings; including conducting reviews (minimally annually) to determine the best job posting boards and analysis of return on each job board. Stay informed of trends and innovative sourcing techniques in order to be competitive in State-of-the-Art recruiting practices. Assist the HR Recruiters as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related discipline. 0-2 years' work or internship experience in Human Resources or Recruiting. Must be able to manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible. Strong organizational and time management skills. Possess great attention to detail. Demonstrated problem-solving ability. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing Demonstrated ability to command the respect of senior level leaders and hiring managers. Ability to travel as required. Possess strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
