Sign-On Bonus - up to $400!  New employees who are in good standing and are not on a leave of absence are eligible for a $100 bonus after 30 days of employment, another $100 after 60 days, $100 after 90 days, and a final $100 after 120 days of employmen, for a Grand Total of $400.00!   Referral Bonus Refer a friend who stays for 30 days, and you receive $125. Great communication skills are necessary. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Flexible hours with a mix of 1st and 2nd shifts. Perform quality, service and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies and equipment. Exhibit strong commitment to the service needs of the client and their property. Follow and maintain safety programs and schedules within the company and educate staff to follow OSHA, state and federal regulations. Responsible for the supply and upkeep of all chemicals, tools and/or assigned equipment of the property in a safe manner according to company policy. Ensures teams are maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
