About the Position

Vanguard Eldercare is searching for a Marketing Associate to provide on-site support to the Sales and Marketing department by effectively managing and completing daily administrative tasks and assisting with the execution of marketing functions. The clerical and marketing responsibilities of this position are a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the long-term growth of the company.

If you can accomplish tasks efficiently with minimal supervision and have hands-on experience in market research, branding, graphic design, and social media marketing, we want to talk with you!

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing department’s activities.
  • Order and maintain inventory for all marketing collateral; distribute as requested.
  • Conduct and organize market research.
  • Plan and post content on company social media pages.
  • Provide graphic design services as requested for a variety of collateral formats.
  • Maintain a marketing database.
  • Compile and distribute marketing and sales reports.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events, presentations, webinars, etc.
  • Monitor marketing emails, social media posts, client/employee reviews, etc. Respond and/or elevate according to established company and department policies.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience as a marketing assistant, marketing associate, or related position preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office suite (esp. Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Adobe Suite (esp. Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Hands-on experience with social media marketing and branding campaigns
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, research techniques, and databases
  • Intermediate graphic design skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision
  • Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  
Salary Range $42,000-$47,000  
Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt
