Procurement Coordinator 

Description

PURPOSE

This position will support Procurement Dept. in areas of licensing and titling in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Position will also support the strategic sourcing functions as related to parts procurement.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Assist in managing the part data base for USAT to include construction of all necessary part number inputs.

Analyze and resolve all parts issues and monitor all requests from all USAT Service facilities.

Review and correct invoices as needed.

Monitor and review all USAT parts inventory levels.

Assist Supervisor in monitor of inventory on all stock items and prepare appropriate purchase orders according to Company processes and coordinate with USAT Service facilities on disposition of all obsolete supplies from inventory.

Facilitate, review, and audit physical inventory process and inventory variances for all USAT Service facilities.

Input accurate parts catalog records, parts listing, vendor information, and pricing.

Maximize billing accuracy and minimize any overdue invoices of parts vendors.

Monitor and practice efficient purchasing methods.

Maintain a high level of customer support for USAT terminal team members.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity when managing vendor relationships.

Process Revenue Equipment licensing along with any essential documentation and record keeping timely and efficiently to ensure proper licensing (Titles, Registrations, and Plates).

Process required permits and credentials as needed for Company including any reporting that may be required to maintain permits in good standing and renewal.

Maintain accurate inventory, documentation, and records for Company tolls and transponders.

Aid and assist in Revenue Equipment and Cash responsibilities as needed (Inventory, Invoicing, Title processing, Cash reporting, etc.)

Manage license and permits costs within budget

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement and patience.

Ability to work in a team environment to continuously improve results.

Able to promote a culture of trust and safety.

Working conditions

This position will be required to work in an office environment with moderate noise levels, and, with or without reasonable accommodation is required to:

Remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

Frequently operate a computer for extended periods of time and regularly operate other office productivity machines.

Occasionally ascend/descend stairs and move up to 20 pounds of office objects.

Frequently communicate with peers, supervisors, third parties, and other employees to exchange accurate information and answer questions.

Occasionally attend meetings in buildings outside corporate office and at off-site locations with various internal conditions and requiring travel in various external conditions.

Travel domestically as necessary.
