Boundless Behavioral Health is currently recruiting a Lead Clinical Psychologist to support the development and provision of evidence-based intervention, assessment and consultation to consumers receiving care through all Boundless Behavioral Health service lines including outpatient, community based and center-based autism programs.
Boundless Behavioral Health is a community mental health agency serving Central and Western Ohio and the surrounding areas, offering a full spectrum services designed to support the ongoing needs of the community. This includes customized and integrated care that combines intervention, assessment, consultation, pharmacological management, center-based educational service, intensive behavioral intervention, speech therapy and case management services to help children, adolescents, adults with behavioral health issues and developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders achieve the best outcomes at home, school and in the community.

What You Would Be Doing
The Lead Clinical Psychologist at Boundless Behavioral Health supervises and manages the psychological evaluation and testing services. This position supports the development and provision of evidence-based assessment, interventions, and consultation services to individuals and families. The Lead Clinical Psychologist is responsible for providing psychological evaluations for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and a broad range of behavioral health conditions impacting children, adolescents, and adults. This position also provides both work and training supervision to post-doctoral fellows and behavioral health staff to ensure services are in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Lead Clinical Psychologist will also be heavily involved in the future development of psychology services through Boundless Behavioral Health. This position reports to the Administrator of Behavioral Health Services and works closely with all other departments. This is a Full- Time, Salaried posion.

Required Education:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology with focus on pediatric or clinical child psychology
- Completion of a specialized post-doctoral fellowship in pediatric or clinical child psychology is preferred.
Required Licensure:
- Currently licensed to practice Psychology in the State of Ohio or license-eligible in Ohio.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge about and experience with developmental disabilities, specifically Autism Spectrum Disorders
- Experience with a broad range of psychological testing
- Broad knowledge of child, adolescent and adult behavioral health issues
- Familiarity and utilization of evidenced-based interventions
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Team focused approach to providing clinical care
