What You Would Be Doing Primary job responsibilities include supervising and managing staff providing therapeutic respite services and community-based health services through Community Based ABA program at Boundless Behavioral Health. Working with individuals served, parents/guardians, clinical staff, and community partners; the Program Manager facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. This position reports to the Administrator of Community ABA Services and works closely with all other departments. This is a full-time, salaried position. Supporting Fairfield, Licking, Morgan and Perry Counties. Some travel required.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Counseling or equivalent Licensed Social Worker, or equivalent, with the State of Ohio Supervisory Responsibility: This position is directly responsible for the supervision of Community Based ABA Respite staff.
