Business Development Engineer 
Description
  • Lead pursuit of new business for instrument panels and consoles and door panels
  • Lead technical review meetings with customers and suppliers to review new business proposals
  • Assist the product team in developing and implementing strategies to support business development
  • Support development and deployment of new product manufacturing technologies within the Interior Systems Product Line
  • Support benchmarking and competitive assessment activities
  • Assist in supplier audits for technical capability
  • Handle multiple programs simultaneously
 
Position Requirements
  • Interiors Product Line experience (preferred)
  • Good team leadership skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel)
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
 
Education Requirement BS in Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree
