Reports to: Director, Human Resources
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR staff and Management in supporting all of Combined Metals divisions. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training and development, talent management, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, talent acquisition/staffing, records management, benefits administration, compensation and employment law compliance. The successful HR Generalist will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HR Generalist will help assess and anticipate HR-related needs, make recommendations and assist in implementation of programs and initiatives. Communicates needs proactively with our HR department and Management Team, the HR Generalist seeks to develop and implement integrated and successful solutions. The HR Generalist effectively partners with the HR and Management Team to deliver value-added services to employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization.
