About the Position
The Corporate Recruiter at Vanguard Eldercare serves as an expert in recruiting candidates in a highly competitive, medical landscape. This position is responsible for national, full-cycle talent acquisition: recruiting, screening and recommending placement of clinical staff (Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, and Clinical Psychologists) in numerous states through creative sourcing methods and integrating appropriate interview styles. In this role, you will:

  • Ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the management team to proactively identify present and future hiring needs
  • Identify and utilize relevant job advertising and recruitment platforms.
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for assigned region(s).
  • Source and attract candidates.
  • Interview and filter candidates for open clinical positions.
  • Schedule interviews for all stages of the interview process.
  • Maintain candidate status reporting.
  • Verify candidate licensing.
  • Compose and send Letter of Intent to candidates who accept verbal offer from hiring manager.

Position Requirements


  • Bachelor's in Human Resources preferred
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • 1-3 years’ experience as either an executive or internal, corporate recruiter required.
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Successfully pass pre-employment background testing, including motor vehicle record review and drug screening.

Salary Range $55,000-$65,000
