This position can be temp, perm or temp to perm. The position will provide mental health services for a geriatric mental health clinic. Duties include: administering evidence-based assessments and screening tools such as PHQ-9, GAD-7, and Mental Status Examinations to older clients to screen for possible disorders and impairments requiring mental health services participate in interdisciplinary team conferences develop, implement, monitor and document treatment and case plans, case monitoring, and discharge planning provide a full range of psychiatric social services to a caseload of older adult clients including individual, group, and family therapy psychoeducation provide information and referrals on resources for gero-psychiatric patients timely completion of case records, reports, and statistics   Position Requirements Must have LCSW or be bilingual in Spanish and English (with an LMSW).
