We are looking for a SCRIBE to join our growing team! ***This position requires travel between offices in Columbus and Indianapolis. Position Requirements: Previous experience is great but certainly not required. We have an excellent training program; therefore, with an energetic personality and willingness to learn we can provide you with the necessary skills to be a great Scribe. Essential Responsibilities: Prepare exam rooms and patients for eye examinations Perform preliminary eye tests Enter information as dictated by the doctor during the exam Assist with patient procedures Coordinate patient flow Escort patient to Optical   Position Requirements PHYSICAL DEMANDS (per ADA guidelines): Physical Activity: Standing for sustained periods of time, Stooping, Grasping, Lifting, Talking, Hearing. Physical requirements: Light work. Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs on a regular basis from floor to waist, 5 lbs from waist to shoulder, and 5 lbs from shoulder to overhead.
