This position will report to the Digital Marketing Manager and be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns in Pardot/Marketing Cloud. You should be experienced in designing and coding responsive HTML email, marketing automation platforms, and B2B demand generation and lead nurturing strategies. You will work closely with the Marketing Operations Analyst to develop and execute highly targeted email campaigns and ensure best-in-class management of digital initiatives. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who is used to collaborating across departments and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Schedule email campaign activities, manage cross-functional task completion per schedules/project plans, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines. Design, code, test, and deploy responsive HTML marketing campaigns. Build and manage supporting campaign components, including forms and landing pages in Pardot. Conduct quality assurance of email lists, content, and rendering to ensure accuracy. Manage email approval process and obtain key stakeholders' signoff prior to launch. Provide day-to-day marketing-ops support as needed, including Zoom webinar/meeting set up and hosting.   Position Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 3-5 years of experience developing responsive email for B2B campaigns. Expert in HTML and CSS. JavaScript experience is a plus. Strong understanding of email design and coding best practices. Intermediate or above proficiency in working with a marketing automation system (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo). Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results. Detail-oriented, take-ownership approach, self-organizing, and highly skilled in time management. Excellent written and verbal communicator with great interpersonal skills.
