The Landings Association is currently looking for an Office Manager to provide administrative and customer service support for the two marinas located within The Landings -- Landings Harbor and Delegal Marina. This includes answering phones, greeting and assisting customers, responding to and assisting with resolving customer issues and/or complaints, maintaining logs and records, and ordering and maintaining inventory for Landings Harbor Dock Store.
Organizational Relationships
The Marina Office Manager reports directly to the Marinas Director and orks regularly with other department and TLA team members. Has frequent interaction with Landings residents, boaters, store customers, employees, and vendors.
