- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business with additional technical training or Engineering field.
- Five years of field technical/industrial sales experience; experience selling contract manufacturing services preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large and small accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and explain technical drawings and data.
- Knowledge of manufacturing quality systems and the ability to interpret and explain data.
- Strong presentation skills and an ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS and Work environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk and sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, intermittently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include natural or corrected near vision, close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is intermittently exposed to the outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, building temperature fluctuation, dust, chemicals, odors and low to moderate levels of noise.
Other conditions may include frequent interruptions, working alone, working long hours during peak periods and exposure to computer CRTs. Safety glasses and hearing protection are required at times.
Position may require up to 20% travel.
