Work pertains to electrical, electronic, or mechanical components or equipment. The technician is required to have some practical knowledge of science or engineering. Position may require a practical knowledge of mathematics or computer science including prepare design drawings and assist with the design, evaluation, and/or modification of machinery and equipment.   Skills / Certifications: Proficient in technology tools, including but not limited to Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint required Advanced Microsoft Excel and efficient in Word Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus Customer service oriented; must be detail-oriented Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills; build trusted partnership with internal and external customers Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible and adaptable to changing environment Ability to interface with all levels of management Ability to work well independently or in a team setting Fluent in speaking, reading and writing the English language   Education and Work Experience: High School Degree, Associate of Arts or Bachelor’s Degree 2 to 15 years of experience in technical role supporting GSA or other Federal and Government agencies Demonstrated ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced challenging environment and manage multiple, and often competing priorities Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision under a system of discipline and accountability Experience working with GSA Region 1 Professional knowledge of engineering theory and principles.   IGH offers a competitive benefits program which includes: 15 paid PTO days, 401K (4% company match), Life Insurance Policy, and comprehensive Health, Vision, Dental Plan and disability plans.   IGH IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Compensation   Position Engineering Technician - GSA Region 1   Close Date 2/26/2021   Open Date 12/11/2020   Location Massachusetts - GSA Region 1   About the Organization   This position is currently not accepting applications.
