Applications will include distributed oral translation tools, audio recording tools, content distribution, and other applications as required. Pray about it!   Position Requirements Responsibilities include: Proactively engage and contribute to team efforts to: Build story boards to conceptualize designs and work flow. Develop user interface designs that fulfill the needs as defined by the Product owner, that are friendly to the user, and that are readily implementable by the development team. Conduct and incorporate results of usability testing of designs. Effectively communicate designs to stakeholders and developers. Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices and emerging technologies. Conduct ongoing research into the users that are served by FCBH. Support software developers and QA testers to make sure features are implemented as intended. Guide or implement the front-end design using Html, CSS, and JavaScript; including participating with the development team and tools Qualifications include: Knowledgeable in: Developing elegant and simple solutions to complex user interaction scenarios. UI design principles and techniques. Responsive Design and mobile UI. A CSS framework such as Bootstrap. Visual design software such as Figma, Adobe CC and Adobe XD. Characteristics: Aptitude and initiative to solve complex technical problems with minimal guidance or supervision Team player with a helpful here-to-serve attitude Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Desire and commitment to learn new skills and technology Ability to perform work on multiple concurrent projects according to given priorities and deadlines Strong interpersonal skills Bonus consideration if experienced with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
