Position Title: Shuttle Driver

Job Description
Black Rock Mountain Resort is a brand new, one of a kind condo-hotel development perfectly situated adjacent to the Jordanelle Reservoir in Park City, Utah. Between our ideal location, luxurious accommodations and gorgeous amenities, Black Rock Mountain Resort is primed to become Park City’s next year-round, world class destination - and we’re looking for people who are passionate about hospitality to help us achieve that goal.
Our shuttle drivers will serve as a guide for our guests, helping them get the most out of their visit to Park City and providing safe transportation to and from the area ski resorts. Drivers will work hand in hand with the Front Desk Team to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Duties / Tasks:
Enter the workplace at scheduled time, in uniform and ready to begin work.
Provide consistently superior service to our guests at all times.
Develop & maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to achieve common goals.
Provide information about the resort and local area and respond to guest requests and concerns. Explain resort facilities, their location within the resort & hours of operation.
Transport guests to and from the three Park City area ski resorts (PCMR, the Canyons and Deer Valley) in a ten passenger van.
Assist with loading and unloading the shuttle, including securing skis and other equipment into the racks and other areas.
Provide a pleasant in-ride experience for guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the resort vehicles and ensure proper sanitation procedures are being followed at all times.
Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age with a clean driving record & valid license - REQUIRED
High school diploma / GED - preferred
Previous related guest service or hospitality experience - preferred.
Ability to drive a large vehicle safely in all weather conditions.
Strong familiarity with the area, surrounding ski resorts and other local attractions.
Must be friendly and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain a calm, courteous demeanor and positive, upbeat attitude with guests and coworkers.
Ability to lift skis and luggage of varying sizes up to 50 lbs.
Must speak, read, write and understand the primary language used in the workplace and by the guests.
Good personal hygiene and neat appearance.
Flexible, adaptable, self-motivated and able to work well with or without supervision.

Full time and part time available

Weekdays, weekends & holidays
Physical:
This job requires the ability to carry and lift heavy objects of varying sizes up to 50 pounds, handling guests’ luggage and packages, bending, stooping and kneeling. May be required to work nights, weekends and / or holidays. May be required to sit, stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout shift, with environmental exposures to weather, cold and heat.
