Supervise a team of blended case managers. Coordinate staff schedules and on-call rotation. Responsible for selection, hiring, development, performance and evaluation of BCM team. Ensure compliance with all human resources policies and develop processes to maintain competency of staff. Prepare required departmental reports and analysis. Perform routine quality reviews of consumer charts, progress nots and personal goal plans with each individual case manager. Conduct formal supervision of each case manager on a weekly basis. Maintain supervision logs with appropriate information and ensure timely sub mission of documents by case managers. Perform daily review of caseloads to determine level of care and services necessary to satisfy needs of the consumers. Assist with the development and implementation of unit-based performance improvement initiatives. Arrange for an participate in training programs, including orientation of new staff members. Participate in administrative on-call and when on-call, respond withing 15 minutes of receiving a call or page, dispatching a case manager, if warranted. Attend all required meetings and conference, both external and internal. Complete a minimum of 30 hours of training in relevant topics each year. Perform other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements MSW with three years mental health direct care experience. Two years supervisory and quality assurance experience in a clinical setting. Knowledge of delivery of TCM services in the local mental health care system. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, requirements, etc. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, as needed.
