Description

Receives incoming customer support calls through the phone. Logs the information accurately into the CPSI Big Brother System. Routes the customer to the appropriate support representative staff or sends the call to the appropriate support department manager.

 
Position Requirements

Minimum requirements

  • Strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer services skills, including phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills

Working Environment:

  • General office environment: Works generally at a desk in a well-lighted, air-conditioned cubicle/office, with moderate noise levels.
  • Periods of stress may occur.

 

Physical Demands:

  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks and in front of a computer monitor.
