Cultural Norms: What are the general responsibilities of the position? · Design, build and dream our SaaS infrastructure in VMWare, Microsoft Windows and Linux technologies.  Proactively seek out ways to stabilize and increase our competitive advantage through scalability, maintainability and extraordinary customer experience. Own Ascentis’ Disaster Recovery plan and a key collaborator and contributor to Business Continuity Planning Manage a Lab environment for technology experimentation and mock disaster drills.    Position Requirements What are we looking for in a candidate? Experienced leader with 5+ years leading teams in a dynamic system environment. Prior Systems Admin/Engineering experience with detailed understanding of systems and general understanding of network environments including deployments that are collocated, managed and deployed in Cloud providers. Inclusive leader with interest in managing multi-cultural teams and remote Ascenters. Proven track record of leading and pushing existing teams of technologists to become high performers on their own right A person who is NEVER satisfied and will never say the words "we're finished." – there’s always ways to improve. Always looking for the next transformational target, whether it’s people or tech.
