The presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration.   Position Production Manager   Category Production   Description Directly manages and coordinates the activities of the Production and Shipping Departments. Reviews and enforces policy, manages the daily operations and plans the use of materials and human resources to meet the related ministry goals. Monitors all stock/inventory to ensure sufficient materials are available for orders. Proactively engages with ordering departments regarding status of orders.     Position Requirements Responsibilities include: Analyzes orders and forecasts, to make decisions concerning inventory requirements, equipment needs, and staffing requirements. Manages staff with excellence, clearly communicates goals and expectations, ensures ongoing training and provides leadership to staff that models Biblical principles. Analyzes activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, and to identify areas needing cost reduction or process improvement. Monitors all areas of process and practice in order to continually create better procedures and cost-saving methods. Creates general operating boundaries and guidelines that are applied locally and globally (oversees operations.) Coordinates order fulfillment for USA and offsite assembly and manufacturing divisions. Regularly communicates production concerns and information to all relevant departments, outside vendors, and contractors. Develops, adjusts, and maintains min/max inventory levels across all inventory platforms based on order profiles and promotional efforts. Proactively considers potential issues/problems and whenever possible, applies general rules and guidelines to prevent or solve specific issues/problems. Creates, adjusts, and maintains quality standards that are relevant to each product or process. Creates, adjusts and maintains procedures, documentation and quality control processes that are efficient and economical. Qualifications include:   Knowledge of production and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and resource coordination. Ability to operate a forklift and pass forklift safety training. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in use of computers and software such as Microsoft Office Suite with superior knowledge of Excel worksheets/macros. General knowledge to manipulate information/tables extracted from mainframe computing databases. Ability to use relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether product and processes meet acceptable quality standards. Experienced in inventory tracking software (NetSuite/Oracle) a plus.
