The ABA team prides itself in embracing challenges, encouraging discussion, leveraging individual strengths, and fostering the professional and clinical growth of all staff.  Under the leadership of Senior Director, Dr. Shanun Kunnavatana, staff develop a deeper understanding and passion for behavior analysis, strengthen their craft, both individually and collectively, and are empowered to use their analytical skills to be innovative problem solvers. Together we achieve better days.

Position Summary:

We are currently recruiting for BCBAs to join our ABA team supporting Wilmington and the surrounding area.

As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to oversee and collaborate on cases within our School Readiness Program.  Developed to better prepare students for transition to kindergarten or first grade by meeting each student’s individual needs in a setting that allows for systematic and intentional fading of supports, this dynamic team is comprised of BCBAs, early childhood and special education teachers, and behavior technicians.

As a BCBA on our team, you will develop and oversee skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs that are rooted in self-determinism and seek to increase overall quality of life by embracing the uniqueness of the individual being served.  You will lead and inspire teammates through innovative and flexible approaches to programming, engage in debate and discussion with colleagues to maximize clinical integrity, provide supervision to behavior technicians that promotes independence and autonomy, and support long-term success by engaging and empowering caregivers and other stakeholders.
