What You Would Be Doing The clinician/clinical supervisor reports to the Behavioral Health Manager and is responsible for ensuring that the medically related emotional and social needs of the clients are met and maintained on an individual basis in accordance with policies and procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.   Position Requirements Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in social work. Licensed through the State of Ohio as an LISW-S or LPCC-S. Preferred Education and Experience One to two (1-2) years of social work experience in a health care setting, working directly with individuals. One to two (1-2) years of experience providing clinical supervision to LSWs, LPC’s or interns. Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders, and/or dual autism and I/DD. Experience working with people with mental health disorders. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, working at least 40-45 hours per week. This position operates Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:30pm, covering the After -School program. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Supervisory Responsibility This position supervises LSWs/LPC’s that are not independently licensed. This position is required to have biweekly or monthly supervision with the Clinical Manager.
