Philanthropy in all capital campaigns and corporate giving. Cur 4 The Kids Foundation has a thirteen-year history of impeccable fiscal responsibility, corporate and non-profit governance, and clinical excellence. By the end of the first quarter of 2021 we will be experiencing a substantial need for donor and corporate partner relationship management. Our intention is to onboard the best candidate for this position in preparation for the new year. Do you have a proven history of building strong relationships with business leaders and donors in the greater Las Vegas area? Do you come with a proven history of donor and corporate fundraising results? Do you bring a strong understanding of donor and corporate fund-raising relationship cultivation, follow up and follow through to effectively report and manage expectations to senior leadership? ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: a. Develop and implement a set of diverse and effective strategies to engage corporate and community partnerships to meet and exceed strategic objectives. b. Develop and maintain strategic moves management plan to monitor the progress of donor relationships aligning opportunities to fund our life-saving work. c. Research and align corporate affinities and needs with our priorities and events to achieve income goals to further our impact, mission, programs and services. d. Identifies opportunity and facilitates the development of high impact alliances and partnerships by leveraging and recruiting volunteer leadership. e. Oversees the delivery of high-level constituent experience and recognition programs. f. Provide ongoing and scheduled reports and projections to the VP. Philanthropy.   Position Requirements EDUCATION and/or EXPEREINCE: Proven track record of establishing, maintaining, and growing corporate sponsorships/partnerships, demonstrated success in developing fundraising programs and campaigns, Bachelor's degree, three to five (3-5) years of successful experience in business development, marketing, sales, strategic alliances, or a related field, excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, exceptional customer service skills, high standards of ethics in conducting job-related activities, able to lead and execute on multiple projects and deadlines. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Position requires lifting up to 20 pounds.
