Description

Now Hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Greenwood Office

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 40 hours a week.

Candidates for this role should already hold the certification as Registered Nurse.  The group is involved in a few different studies related to COVID-19 and would be working directly with patients.  This role will also be assigned additional projects and duties depending on the volume with research projects.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Assists in the delivery of primary health and patient care management. Assists in training and clinical evaluations of new and current Employees.

  1. Perform all duties related to the research project(s)
  2. Perform staff education
  3. Assists in clinic as assigned by supervisor.
  4. Gives injections.
  5. Starts IV’s.
  6. Performs other clinical and administrative duties.
  7. Assists in professional development activities, including CPR and TB training, and maintains professional affiliations.
  8. Attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
  9. Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
  10. Maintains clean work environment in patient care areas.
  11. Oversees technical and/or clinical aspects of the pulmonary rehab area, demonstrating appropriate specialized or technical knowledge in carrying out duties or responsibilities.
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Associates degree in Nursing.
  2. Registered Nurse
  3. Minimum three years of nursing experience
  4. Minimum two years training and educating a clinic staff

  2. Strong focus on clinical and patient satisfaction.
  3. Perform effectively in stressful situations
  4. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions while acting as a leader in healthcare.
  5. Excellent computer proficiency
  6. Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
  9. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff and contacts outside the organization.
