This is a full-time temp-to-perm or permanent position with competitive salary and benefits. The Clinical Director will deal with the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility. This program benefits from robust staffing and consistently low caseloads. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Assist with the direct supervision of clinical and other program staff. Assist with determining caseload assignments and group responsibilities. Provide group, individual and family counseling for clients and be responsible for a clinical caseload. Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments with clients. Assess skills and needs of clinical staff and educate/train as necessary. Maintain quality assurance of client records. Monitor compliance standards and expectations of the agency's funding and licensing authorities. Ensure curriculum is implemented and designed.   Position Requirements Candidates must hold a MSW from an accredited school of social work and licensure at the clinical level (LSCSW) in Kansas. Strong preference will be given to candidates additionally licensed as an addictions counselor (LAC or LCAC) in Kansas. Prior experience providing substance abuse counseling in both individual and group format is required. Administrative experience in a treatment setting is most desirable.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
