Do you enjoy covering state politics and writing about important issues?

Forum News Service is hiring a South Dakota correspondent to cover the Legislature, statewide issues and trends, and important news along the eastern I-90 corridor.

The ideal candidate will be smart, positive and eager to work as an unbiased watchdog, tell stories that matter and analyze trends that affect the people and communities of South Dakota.

This includes but is not limited to politics, business and economic development, data reporting and general assignment enterprise.

The right candidate will be eager to work autonomously but open to collaboration; familiar with digital analytics tools; able to produce unique and creative digital content that includes but is not limited to stories, videos and photos. 

This reporter could live anywhere in the state of South Dakota, but would have to be in Pierre during the session.
